No suitors for me in sight till now. I ‘d rather be single than marry someone I don’t love.
Saw him yesterday from my balcony and did not sleep a wink last night.
He is the one. I know for sure.
"How do you know?", You may ask.
But, have you seen him? Those eyes defined the very purpose of my life.
And that is to be his wife, period.
Father is finalising today. He is no ordinary man and this is no ordinary test.
But this heart is a woman’s and it beats with anxiety.
Mother-Goddess , thank you, my “he “ arrived and, dear skeptic, all the Worlds heard that thunderclap and you too would have heard it when the mighty bow broke...

The inimitable Kavi Rajan puts it in a nutshell.
It is the widely quoted [ at times misquoted] " Annalum nokinar, avalum nokinal"[ The Lord looked , she looked too]
Probably stories of many eons or who they were really was also exchanged with the exchange of glances.
Kambar's Sita I guess was standing on the balcony [ kanni Maadam?] -if Iam right, as per the original , Valmikhi's Sita was standing in a garden when the divine exchange happened.
