Mantrapushpas chosen for anjali after a Puja are usually a collection of benedictory or 'shanti' oriented shlokas from the aaranyakas of either Rigveda or Yajurveda. Typically in Tamil nadu it is customary to recite the 13 shlokas starting from yo apaam pushpam veda and finish off with the Kubera mangalaashaasanam rajaadhiraaja--- which is found as number 2 in your collection of four.
In the Maharashtrian mantrapushpa you have quoted, I am able to recognize the quote from Purushasookta which is number 1 and raajaadhiraaja, which is number 2. I am not familiar with the other two.
From the words in the third, I would imagine that it has been composed after Maharashtra rallied round Shivaji and reestablished swaaraajyam in what used to be ruled by Samraat Bhoja (saamraajyam bhaujyam ), There is a benediction implied for the new saarvabhauma, the Mahaaraashtra King!
The words in the 4th indicate a simple invocation to Maruts and Vishvedevas.
