I picked up a canvas, paint brush and paint after almost 15 years. I'm posting this with some apprehension. Hope you like it.

No fears

No fears, dear Rudra,it is still there.

We have a pleasing landscape here, but I see also that you love details.
The open umbrella and the grey rather than dark clouds suggest that rain is expected.
The well trodden mudpaths are seen clearly snaking through the marshy shades of green.
The shading on the umbrella is suggesting that it is just about to open outwards. A small tree behind our man with branches stretching out would have emphasized this idea if that was in your mind. You can not very well use the other technique of showing fine dust swirling out of the ground on grassy stretches.
I am no judge of art, but I like your rural landscape.
I agree with your dress choices for current rural folk in our land.
Regards. Partha.
